10 offices in the Southwest Coastal Area Local have qualified as having 200 or more man hours, thereby qualifying to have all their PTF's converted to full-time by December 2, 2007.

The following offices qualify:
Anaheim, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Orange, San Juan Capistrano (Mission Viejo) and Santa Ana.

At this time it appears approximately 165 PTF's in these offices will be converted to FTR.
