The MS 47 National Arbitrations has been postponed until July. The USPS and APWU have had two days of hearings on this issue and additional days of hearing are required.

The Grievance number is: Q98C-4Q-C 02013900.

The issue is the USPS replacing the 1983 MS-47 with a December 2001 version.
