The Rank and File Committee was in Washington, DC last week. They are the committee, which will make the final decision to mail the contract extension out for ratification, or not. This is an extremely important committee and their decision will have an impact on all of us.
The membership will make the ultimate decision to accept or reject the contract extension.
The general framework as reported by President Bill Burrus seems good to me.
However, my final decision will be made once we have all of the information in front of us.
