President James Chiang and I met with Santa Ana District Human Relations Manager and some of her staff to discuss the withheld positions.

An updated and revised withheld list is expected within the next week or so. This should result in some withheld positions be released.

Santa Ana P & D Maintenance has released some Maintenance positions and we expect a few promotions in the near future.
