I have appointed Frank Townsend to be our Vice President. The Southwest Coastal Area Local Executive Board approved the appointment on December 20, 2005.

We had a lot of very qualified members submit their name for consideration. All were considered.

Frank brings to the office many years of union experience. He will assume working for the local effective January 14, 2006.
